Thank you again for making this year's Sweep another spectacular year! The San Francisco and Marin Food Banks appreciates all of the hard work you put in today that will really help out families in need all over the Bay Area.
149 Racers brought in 10,615 pounds of food! Back in 2008, 150 racers brought in 5,226 lbs. So we doubled that figure today with nearly the same amount of people, so high fives all around! And we broke our previous overall total record to date of 7,990 lbs. of food, which was set back in 2011 with 201 racers. And we also raised a staggering $14,222 with our "Dollars to Dinners" fundraising category, which is also our biggest total to date! (Plus additional donations were made on Saturday, with more coming in!)
