Start your Dollars for Dinners Team Today!

The SMSW is a cycling event, but we have another way for you to participate without a bike! Fundraise and win in our Dollars for Dinners competition. For every $1 you donate, the SF-Marin Food Bank can distribute $5 worth of food which is enough for 3 meals.

The Supermarket Street Sweep is an annual bike race that benefits the SF-Marin Food Bank! For the past 10 years, hundreds of participants have zipped around the city to local supermarkets and brought back thousands of pounds of food to donate to this wonderful charity.

Race Details

WHEN: Saturday, December 3, 2016. Rider check-in starts at 10:30am. Race starts at high noon.

WHERE: Cupid Span's (Bow & Arrow) at Folsom and Embarcadero.

PRE-REGISTER: Eventbrite (The first 200 to sign up will receive special swag!)

CARGO RACE: Bring back the heaviest load of food from the designated grocery stores.

POINTS RACE: Buy specific food items from the designated grocery stores and tally as many points as possible.

TEAM RACE: Race with up to 5 members to bring back as much food as possible; the heaviest tally wins!

DOLLARS FOR DINNERS: Raise money for the SF-Marin Food Bank. Every $1 you raise provides 3 meals for those in need.

WHAT TO BRING: Bag, box or crate (whatever you rock to the grocery store), a lock and money to buy items (suggested $15-30, whatever is comfy, everything helps).

The event ends @ 4pm. The after party location is at The SF Food Bank.

All food and proceeds will be donated to the SF-Marin Food Bank.
