Fundraising: Raise Dollars for Dinners or Start Collecting for Your Shopping Money!

Want to help the San Francisco and Marin Food Banks this year but don't have the time to ride your bike on Sweep day? You can still participate through our "Dollars for Dinners" category! Every dollar you raise provides 4 meals to those in need.

And this year, Oakland's The Spoke Cyclery is donating a fantastic grand prize to the top fundraiser: a Gitane city link commuter bike! With rack and fender mounts, it'll be perfect for running errands. Or you can use it to ride some singlespeed cyclocross! A big thanks to them for their donation and we look forward to awarding this sweet prize to the winner.

And pro tip: it helps to start fundraising now for the SPEED and CARGO categories, especially if you're aiming to place in the top five of the CARGO category! So ask your family, friends and co-workers to pitch in and help you shop on Sweep day.
